I see a ray of sunshine in my rearview
I feel hope in my spiritual being
Set free
Released from my past mistakes
Every little piece of doubt has been lifted
He touched me in the sweetest way
His love took my pain away
I was in place wondering why I couldnt just be normal
Normal is what I will never be
Every encounter has become a life lesson
Life Lesson reversed from a curse into a blessing
He said he will stay with me when other relationships failed
Betrayed he understood my pain took my hand and led the way
I told him I was lonely
He replied “Its lonely at the top my child”
He wiped away my tears and said my story will be worthwhile
